When I first booked this cruise last week, I called the prime number and was on hold for over an hour. It might be early, but this is not looking good. I still have my PRIME cancelled cruise of Mar 29 to re-book. This getting to be like the darn government. Take my May 9 cruise that RCCL cancelled and just re-book it for May 23. They would have to transfer me to casino.
Today I phoned the normal casino instead number of their PRIME number as yesterday. They would say 'hold on I have to transfer you to casino group'.
